Chicken with tomato sauce and rice

Products:

for 4 portions

     800 g chicken
     600 g of tomato
     1 onion
     4 cloves of garlic
     1 carrot
     4 tablespoons cooking oil
     1 tsp paprika
     1 tsp black pepper
     1 tsp thyme
     salt
     1 tsp sugar
     1 bay leaf
     1 cup rice
     3 cups water
     2 tablespoons butter

Recipe:


Chicken cut into portions and put in a deep frying pan or saucepan to fry in a little oil. Once you change color in the same court add finely chopped onion and garlic. 

After a while add grated carrot. The meal was capped with a lid and stew until soft, stirring frequently. Peeled canned tomatoes finely and add to steamed vegetables. Leave to boil and add salt, pepper, thyme, sugar and red pepper. 
Finally placed bites chicken dish and allow to simmer on medium stove until tomato juice decreased. 
Serve warm, if desired is served on a bed of boiled rice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
