Cinnamon meatballs with schnapps

Products:

for 4 portions
 

600 g beef
400g pork mince 

1 egg 
1 slice of bread
50 ml. brandy
1 onion 
 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper 
 
salt
4 sprigs of parsley

Recipe:

The two types of minced meat mixed with finely chopped parsley (4 sticks), onion (1 head), raw egg (1 pc), cinnamon (1/2 tsp) salt, black pepper (1/2 teaspoon ) previously soaked in water bread (1 slice) and brandy (50 ml.). Brandy is added to make the meatballs fluffy and have a unique flavor.

Mixture for meatballs mix very well. Were formed meatballs the size of an egg, which are fried in a pan by turning occasionally. Then burst with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
