for 4 portions
2 kg pork ribs
150 ml. red wine
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tablespoons copper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
salt
Recipe:
Ribs (2 kg) are not individually cut and objectives are soaked in marinade obtained by mixing red wine (150 ml.), Soy sauce (3 tablespoons), chili sauce (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar (3 tablespoons), oil (3 tablespoons) honey (3 tablespoons), paprika (1 teaspoon), pepper (1 tsp) and salt.
Allowed to soak in the marinade for several hours in the refrigerator, then bake together with the marinade in a hot oven until ready (about 40 minutes). Serve warm with a side dish of your choice and fresh rosemary stalks.
