Products:
for 8 portions400 g pasta
200g sugar
100g butter
4 eggs
400 ml. milk
1 tsp vanilla
Recipe:
The pasta (400 g) was cooked in salted water to full mode, and then washed with cold water and drained.
Eggs (4 pcs) are broken and they were added sugar (200 g), vanilla (1 tsp) and milk (400 ml.). Mix well and pour this mixture pasta. Stir.
This mixture was poured into a greased tray and top cut solid oil (100 g).
Dessert put to bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown pasta.
Optional tray is removed and sprinkle with a few tablespoons of sugar and is back in the oven to caramelized.
