Christmas cake with cocoa, chocolate and cranberries

Products:

for 8 portions
 

1 1/2 cups flour 
3 eggs
1 cup sugar 
 
200 g chocolate
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 tablespoons cocoa 

1 tsp vanilla 
1 tsp baking powder
200 g cranberries
3 tablespoons castor sugar

Recipe:

To make this delicious and fluffy Christmas cake, first eggs (3 pc), sugar (1 cup) and oil (1/2 cup) beat with mixer very well until a smooth mixture .

Then there are added twice sifted flour (1 1/2 cup) baking powder (1 tsp) vanilla (1 tsp) and cocoa (3 tablespoons) and beat for until a smooth mixture cake. In the mixture and add diced hard chocolate (200 g).

Christmas cake mixture is poured into greased with oil and sprinkled with flour a round tray with open center and place in preheated oven to 180 degrees.

Bake for 40 minutes, then allowed to cool.

The surface of the cake sprinkled with powdered sugar (3 tablespoons), and in the middle of the dessert pour fresh cranberries (200 g).
