Ingredients:
3 cucumbers
100g small pasta
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups yogurt
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
salt
Recipe:
Boil pasta in salted water, drained and allowed to true. Peel cucumbers and cut them into small pieces. Mix the yogurt with the broth. Add pasta, cucumbers and crushed garlic. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and Serve.
