1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 plums
3 tablespoons castor sugar
Recipe:
Eggs (3 pcs) crash with sugar (1 cup) until it is completely dissolved.
Then into the egg mixture, oil (1/2 cup) sifted with baking powder (1 teaspoon) and vanilla (1/2 tsp) twice flour (1 cup) and everything is broken with a mixer until a smooth, thick cake mixture.
It is poured into greased with a little oil and sprinkled with flour pan and smoothed with a spoon. On it are arranged sliced plums (6 pcs) with bark down.
Dessert was placed in a preheated 180-degree oven and bake until ready. Serve chilled and sprinkled with powdered sugar (3 tablespoons).
